Aileen Miller promoted to partner at Legal Services Agency

Aileen Miller was promoted to partner in the Mental Health and Adults with Incapacity Department on 1st October 2022.

After qualifying as a solicitor in August 2010, Aileen began working with well-known Glasgow law firms specialising in Immigration Law before developing an interest in Mental Health and Incapacity Law in 2017. She joined LSA in September 2021 and has played a key role in progressing LSA’s work on Mental Health Law and is passionate about protecting the rights of the people LSA represents.

Aileen said: “I am delighted to be taking up the role as partner within Brown & Co Legal LLP at Legal Services Agency. I am looking forward to being involved in the continuing growth of Legal Services Agency in providing access to social justice and tackling inequality within society and our legal system.”
