LSA has launched a new service which offers legal advice and
representation across all aspects of employment law, including:

deductions from wages
·
contractual disputes including holidays and sick pay
·
redundancy
·
unfair dismissal
·
discrimination associated with employment rights
We aim to ensure that people are aware of their employment rights.
Advice is available on employment law issues caused by COVID– 9
including health and safety, homeworking, furlough, and redundancy.
Ø The service
also focuses on equalities and human rights issues at a policy level and aims
to highlight current issues arising in employment cases in Scotland.
Ø Information
and updates on employment rights will be available to partner and voluntary
organisations, Via news blogs on our website.
