As well as the techniques of examination and cross examination the course will also focus on making the right impression and will look at stance, posture and correct use of the voice to make the best impression on the court.
PARTICIPANTS This course is aimed at all solicitors whether newly qualified but with some court experience or those more experienced who are keen to develop their advocacy skills. The course will suit both the civil and criminal practitioner as the focus is on presentation and technique rather than substantive law.
